I made my significant other a special dinner for Valentine’s day and to start I created a cocktail for her, which I then aptly named the Lovetini. The cocktail is a deliciously fruity and beautiful drink. The secret lays within the shaking, creating a wonderful foam/crema layer that should last.
Place the Raspberries into your Boston shaker and muddle well into a puree.
Top up the shaker with cracked ice and pour over the Peach Schnapps and Vodka then stir.
Pour in both juices, add the lid and cap and shake vigorously.
Strain using a Hawthorn strainer and tea straining sieve into a chilled cocktail glass.
