I started Hospitality Adviser back in 2018 as an independent consultancy that would fit in around my day-to-day work as a hospitality professional working in hotel management. Over the past two years I have worked with over 20 boutique bed and breakfasts and a number of hotels from 18-bedrooms to 125-room estates, across the Home Counties, to develop service with an average guest ratings increase of 24 percentage points.
As we experience the most bizarre year in living history, the business also took a downturn and on that basis it was decided to mothball Hospitality Adviser until further notice. In the midst of a pandemic, quality consultancy is not at the top of owners investments and as such, to maintain the brand of Hospitality Adviser and to ensure we can come back stronger than ever.
We have come to the end of our contractual support periods for all our current customers and to support hospitality throughout this ever changing environment, I will be opening a free support service which existing and new customers can take advantage of at any time. This new system will be opened by the end of July 2020.
